random thoughts..in the midst of preparation for the never-ending exam!!

At this moment i realised that,

-i miss speaking manglish
-i miss talking to people from the same background
-i am still a 'malaysian' at heart
-i actually miss hearing the aunties speaking malays at pasar malam
-relationship & friendship changes due to commitments and priorities
-i miss being silly in a manglish way..LOL
-i miss walking in the shopping complex back home, even seeing all those ah lians and
ah bengs
-i felt a pang of jealousy when my housemate can drive back home most weekends to see her family which is just 45 mins away
-i miss the yam char sessions i had with my beloved friends in miri
-i need to adjust to the changes
-i miss watching taiwanese entertainment shows no matter how ridiculous they are
-i miss whacking my brothers..LOL
-I miss just being there watching tv with my parents
-i miss lying on my parent's bed, talking to my mum while she's blow drying her hair after shower
-i miss watching my dad practising golf at home which is hilarious..
-i even miss my dog
-i miss my jungle house
-i miss catching up with *stars, just hearing their life stories, everyone of them!
-i miss being at home with everyone..

on the bright note,
i realised,

-the changes in me through life circumstances/mistakes/failures
-i understand myself better
-i want to learn to be myself and give
-i've been through the dark valleys and came out stronger with God in the picture
-I cant live without a purpose
-just by being your true self that you are able to touch the people around you
-i will see my friends and family soon
-i appreciate family and friends more being far away from home
-my life is about staying faithful to God
-my life is about relationships
-i should make effort to keep in touch with friends no matter how busy i am, with internet and phone, there's no excuse...
-christian life is tough, yes, but trust that God's blueprint of my life will unfold bit by bit if i stay faithful to Him
-with God in the picture, we can have peace and meaning in this life
-we should be storing treasures for our next life
-how real people's problems are to them
-how important it is to be real and honest to other people
-how much i've learnt from my friends and the people around me..
-the grace & blessings showered upon my life is uncountable..
-contentment with life comes from the alliance of me+God+people


the list can go on..

last but not least, i realised i am sleepy and should get back to studying!!!
