Kid you not, i actually babysit, hard to believe so myself!

It sort of happened naturally, a part-time pharmacist sort of joke about babysittting for her kids and i thought that's a good idea. so i offered her.

She needed my help tonight since she and her husband are attending a dinner! It's nice of her to prepare me dinner. both kids were adopted from korea (2 yr old and 7 years old). Cheeky they are, especially the youngest one. i simply adore them! just felt this connection maybe cos we're asian??? LOL....

cant believe australian kids go to bed at 8 pm latest! after dinner, the youngest boy went to bed and the elder one watched kung fu panda with me! had to read a chapter of star wars to him before he sleeps. by the way the movie's funny, was made funnier by how the elder boy giggled away and laughing, rolling on the floor. He cheekily said,'we gonna wake jack up if we continue laughing like that'.

it was easy job and truly i enjoyed being with them. adore them to bits! was paid $15 per hour. i felt bad cos i was paid doing nothing, basically paid for being there. SHe intended to pay me $75 but i only take $55...felt guilty taking it cos it was not a hard job!

what a joy being able to help someone out. they were grateful for having the opportunity to have some time for themselves!
