darn..no internet connection for 2 days. DONT get wireless..it's so unstable!
well, been watching Big Brother everyday, nothing else better to watch i guess.lol, also, watch 'lifestlyle' a british channel, just love the accent!
work has been good, learning new things everyday! more confident now i should say, i really like the working environment here where everyone wear a smile on their face and they are more than willing to extend their help if they can! not as stressful as in msia and also, not as impatient!
well, that's just my opinion from my observation of my parents!!
of course, still struggling with the patient counselling part, where you have to greet people happily,' Hey how you going?' even though you dont feel like it, have to maintain the professionalism! i cant really fake it out, if im not cheerful that day, i just dont feel like greeting them soOoo happily...with grinz and all..
anyway, cant get the wail of an elderly lady out of my head, when she was young her mother beat the hell out of her due to rejection and now, she has all the swelling and pain in the joints. everytime she stands up or sit down, she'll wail...oh God..i can just imgaine the excrutiating pain! argh..that's just so sad, my heart just reached out to her! But, the people here like to be independent, they wont ask for help unless they need one. So many elderly here live alone and do everything on their own. still cant accept that til now, haha..i would love to do everything for my parents when they are old..haha! jz sth about my work experience
yeh!! tmr, 2/3 frens gonna drive down here to mt gambier for the weekend! Gonna hv roadtrips to the tourist spots..using map! cant wait! finally, at least i achieve one small portion of my dream=roadtrips!
